KDIORSTUDIOS Cancellation & Appointment Policy Thank you for choosing KDIORSTUDIOS! We value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. Please review our appointment policy before booking. Card on File A valid card is required to book all appointments and must remain on file. No deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy below applies. Cancellations & No-Shows * Appointments canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. * No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * If we have discussed your situation beforehand and agreed on an exception, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion. Rescheduling Need to reschedule? No problem! There is no fee to reschedule your appointment as long as you provide at least 12 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. Late Arrivals We do not charge late fees. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. This allows us to stay on schedule and provide every client with the time and attention they deserve. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen and unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate your situation with understanding and fairness.
